For over a decade, Fairweather Group has been producing high quality construction projects throughout Southeast Texas. One reason why our buildings stand the test of time is because of the Fairweather people who build them.
Russell Miller, Sr.
Russell has been in the construction trades for over thirty years. During that time he has personally supervised the building of dozens of structures-from production platforms and retail stores in the petroleum industries, to medium and large scale municipal projects.
Russell founded Fairweather Group as a General Contractor operation in light commercial and industrial construction. When the company incorporated in 1996, services were expanded to include historic preservation and design build capabilities.
Russell Keith Miller, Jr.
A native and lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Keith joined his father at Fairweather Group 1997. His first experiences with the company involved years of hands-on construction site work. Now, With a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, Keith in a key partner in Fairweather as an Estimator and Project Manager.
Charles Delahoussaye, Jr.
With a wealth of valuable construction and design experience, Charles brings a great set of skills to bear when working with Fairweather Group clients. For over a decade, Charles has been designing and managing construction projects for a variety of building types. At Fairweather, Charles is a Designer, Estimator, and Project Manager who transforms client dreams into sold realities.
